At DesignBloom, we nurture children’s creativity, analytical reasoning and confidence through architectural thinking - a framework that combines a wide range of disciplines:
Mathematics and Geometry, Art and Design, Cultural Heritage, Sustainability, Sociology, Technology, Communication, Presentation Skills and Collaboration.
Each term, we develop an interdisciplinary programme centered around a unique theme.
Our hands-on, experimental sessions encourage children to think critically, explore new mediums, and connect ideas across disciplines, giving them the tools to envision and shape the world around them.
By working with local schools, cultural organisations, and communities, DesignBloom ensures that every child has access to inspiring and inclusive creative experiences.

Ifigeneia Dilaveraki
Co-Founder & Creative Programme Director
‘‘As an architect with broad experience working on award-winning projects across the UK and abroad, I am deeply passionate about introducing children to the world of design. I believe that design is a transformative tool for encouraging critical thinking, innovation, and self-expression.
At DesignBloom, I am committed to nurturing an inclusive environment where young learners can experiment with new ideas, engage in meaningful teamwork, and develop skills that are crucial for their future. I guide them in connecting concepts from various fields, helping them see design as a lens for understanding the world around them.’’
Co-Founder & Business Development Director
Yorgos Papadakis
“I bring my love for creative learning and technology to DesignBlooms's workshops. In my previous role I was the founder of Filisia, an award-winning educational technology company and I have spent fifteen years creating engaging learning experiences for children in schools worldwide.
My hands-on workshops have helped learners of all ages discover the joy of design, building and play, and my Master's (Erasmus University) focused on how combining science, technology, and arts can build the 21st century skills of teenage learners.
I am delighted to share my passion for STEM, design and architecture with children in London, helping them build confidence, exploring, creating and learning with them’’
