Neighbourhood Narratives: Exploring Local Spaces
Neighbourhoods are defined by special places that create memories and foster community connections—from tranquil parks to vibrant local shops and inviting gathering spots. These everyday spaces shape our experiences and form the foundation of community life.
Inspired by their own experiences, the children reflected on beloved local destinations like Victoria Park and the neighbourhood flower shop. Working in groups, they designed and created their own imaginative community spaces—crafting miniature parks, shops, and meeting places that reflected their vision of what makes a neighbourhood special and welcoming.
