Tile Mural

Architectural patterns can express identity and culture across the world—from the kente cloth-inspired facades of Ghana, to the intricate azulejos of Portugal, and the geometric tilework of the Alhambra in Spain.

The students designed and decorated their own tiles, drawing inspiration from these global traditions. When assembled together, the individual tiles formed a collective mural, celebrating diversity through pattern, colour, and design.
