FAQ: Referral Scheme
How does the referral scheme work?
If you're already registered for the full 11-session Spring Term and you recommend DesignBloom to a new family who also registers for all 11 sessions, you'll both receive £20 cashback once both registrations are paid in full.
Who can I refer?
You can refer any family who has never attended DesignBloom before—this includes families who haven't been to trials, workshops, or any other DesignBloom sessions.
When will I receive my cashback?
Within 14 days of both families completing payment, we'll contact you by email to arrange the bank transfer.
Can I refer more than one family?
Yes! There's no limit. You'll receive £20 for each new family you successfully refer who registers for the full term.
What if my friend only wants to book the 6 regular sessions or individual guest artist sessions?
Unfortunately, the referral scheme only applies when both families register for the complete 11-session package at £172.
Does my friend need to register at the same time as me?
No, but all registrations must be completed by 10th January 2026 for the Spring Term offer.
What if I forget to mention the referral when registering?
The new family must include the referring family's details in the registration form. We cannot add referral information after registration is complete, so please remind your friend to fill in this section.
Can the referred family be someone who attended a trial session in the past?
No, the referred family must be completely new to DesignBloom and must not have attended any previous DesignBloom activities.
How will I know if my referral was successful?
We'll email you once both registrations are confirmed and paid to let you know your cashback is being processed.
Can I use my cashback towards future term fees?
The £20 cashback is paid as a bank transfer, so you can use it however you wish—including towards future DesignBloom sessions if you'd like!
Terms & Conditions: Referral Scheme
Spring Term 2026 (11 Sessions Package)
Eligibility: This referral scheme is available only for families registering for the complete 11-session Spring Term package (All Classes) at £172 per child.
Qualifying Referrals: The referred family must be completely new to DesignBloom and must not have attended any DesignBloom sessions, trials, or workshops previously.
Registration Requirement: Both the referring family and the referred family must complete full registration and payment for the 11-session Spring Term package.
Cashback Payment: Once both families have paid in full, each family will receive £20 cashback via bank transfer within 14 days. You will be contacted via email to confirm bank details.
Multiple Referrals: Existing families may refer multiple new families. Each successful referral (where both parties complete registration and payment) earns £20 cashback for the referring family.
Referral Information: The new family must provide the referring family's name in the registration form. Referrals cannot be added retrospectively after registration is complete.
Scheme Period: This offer is valid for Spring Term 2026 registrations only (January - March 2026). Registrations must be completed by 10th January 2026.
DesignBloom's Discretion: DesignBloom CIC reserves the right to refuse cashback payments if we believe the scheme has been misused or if false information has been provided.
